Troubleshooting outlook
If you're having trouble with Outlook emails on Exchange, here are some basic steps to follow:
Check your internet connection: head to speedtest.net to make sure you are online
Restart Outlook: Close the Outlook application, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it to see if that resolves the issue.
Restart your computer. We know it is a cliche however it does work.
Check your mailbox quota: If your mailbox is full or near capacity, you may not be able to send or receive emails. Check your mailbox quota and delete any unnecessary emails or attachments to free up space.
In Outlook click File if you are using Exchange on the right side you will see a bar graph with usage.
4. Disable add-ins: In some cases, Outlook add-ins can interfere with email functionality. Try disabling any add-ins you have installed and see if that resolves the issue.
5. Check if your mailbox is local or cached
File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings Double click your email address
Tick the box or until depending on your issue. We recommend having this ticked and at least 1 year of mail synced.
