Scan to email not working ? Or going to junk
So your scan to emails are going to junk or not coming in at all?
If you are on Office 365 then you will be affected by the most recent changes to Hosted Exchange.
To fix this issue you need to update your SPF record to include the sending IP address of your scanner. IE your public IP address.
Here is a normal SPF record from Office 365
“v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all”
Here is the fixed SPF
“v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ip4: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -all”
The update is simple replace the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx with your static public IP address.
