To get this working all we need:
A solid, reliable internet connection.

We will then transfer in your existing numbers
NBN
Our NBN is $99 a month for a 50/20 plan. Or $130 for a 100/40 Connection. Uncapped.
Ongoing costs
2 handset hosted phone system is $55 a month + calls.
4 handset hosted phone system is $69 a month + calls.
6 handset hosted phone system is $89 a month + calls.
+ $10 for another phone per month. (each physical phone counts as a line in this case)

Upfront costs
Hardware
New phones x as many as you need.
New router costs range from $180 -$600 depending on requirements.
Please pick a phone cost range for $135 -$450 per phone depending on features.
Setup costs
TranTech charges 1 – 4 hours setup depending on requirements of each clients. We only change for time spent.
Transfer Number cost
We can transfer this number to us and setup a new NBN connection if requires. Transferring of numbers has a onetime cost of $66 - $220 depending on old provider.
New Numbers
No cost for new phone numbers.
Billing
Billing is done monthly with no lock in contract.
Upgrades
We are able to add more lines or remove lines the same day.
Custom Hold Music
Use our hold music, bring your own or pay extra for a custom message’s setup while on hold.
Voicemail
Voicemail can be setup to go to a mailbox. It can then be sent via emailed and or voice to text message.
Fax
Fax’s can be setup to come in via email. Sending is via the web portal.
Transfer time
We can have the new phones up and running straight away using forwards however this will incur your old providers bill and ours until the cut over is done. Else we can wait to enable the TranTech system until the cutover data provided by the old service provider.
Transferring of numbers depends on the old provider releasing the numbers. The time frame for this is an average of 4-8 weeks.
Interactive Voice Response Menus
Unattended Voice system. In this system we can setup an IVR when is an automatic voice assistant, press 1 for Accounts, press 2 sales etc. This can also be setup to divert to mobiles or internal phones.
